Payment Terms

These Payment Terms apply to all purchases made through Visley Keshamrit’s official website, social media platforms, or authorized channels.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

  • Wallet Payments
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or the local currency applicable in your region.

2. Payment Timing
  • Prepaid Orders: Full payment must be received at the time of placing the order.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt of the product. COD orders may be subject to an additional fee.
3. Order Confirmation
  • An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the payment is verified and the order is processed.
4. Taxes and Charges
  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • COD charges (if applicable) will be added during the checkout process.
5. Failed or Declined Transactions
  • If a transaction fails due to a payment gateway error or insufficient funds, the order will not be processed.
  • If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact our support team within 24 hours with payment proof for resolution.
6. Security

All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment details like card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
